We will not use waitlist information for an unrelated purpose without providing appropriate notice and obtaining consent where required.

5. Analytics, Cookies and Third-Party Resources

Niboo does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other non-essential advertising or behavioural-tracking technologies on the coming-soon website.

The website may use strictly necessary technologies required for:

• Website security;
• Form submission;
• Basic website functionality; and
• Remembering privacy or cookie choices, where applicable.

The website currently loads the Manrope font through Google Fonts. When your browser requests these font files, limited technical information such as your IP address and browser information may be processed by Google as part of delivering the font files.

Before enabling non-essential analytics, advertising pixels or similar technologies, we will update this Privacy Notice and provide an appropriate cookie notice or consent mechanism where required.

6. Consent and Withdrawal

By voluntarily submitting your email address through the waitlist form, you consent to receiving Niboo launch and early-access updates.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by:

• Using an unsubscribe option provided in our emails, where available;
• Requesting removal through our website; or
• Emailing info@niboo.in with the subject line “Withdraw Consent.”

After processing your request, we will stop sending waitlist communications unless retaining certain information is required or permitted by law.

Withdrawing consent will not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.

We do not sell waitlist personal data.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us:

When personal data is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it, subject to applicable legal requirements.
